Bij elk artikel vindt je een dropdown menu waarin vermeld staat of de verzendkosten apart verrekend worden of niet. Sommige artikelen zijn namelijk made to order en hebben wel verzendkosten, bij andere zitten de verzendkosten in de totale prijs verrekend. Voor online artikelen zoals downloads betaal je natuurlijk geen verzendkosten.
Kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?
Ja, zodra je bestelling is verzonden ontvang je een e-mail met een track & trace link.
Ik heb een vraag over mijn bestelling. Waar kan ik terecht?

In welk formaat zijn de online bestanden beschikbaar?
De digitale bestanden zijn beschikbaar in PDF, PNG en bewerkbare formaten zoals Canva en PowerPoint/Keynote. Zit je gewenste formaat er niet bij? Stuur dan een mail naar communicatie@award.nl
Mag ik de materialen vrij gebruiken?
Ja, zolang je ze gebruikt in het kader van AwardNL-promotie en de huisstijl respecteert. Commercieel gebruik is niet toegestaan.
